how the inbox works:

• only events that mention a relay member are accepted
• events have to come from someone in the relay network
• hellthreads (too many "p"-tags) are rejected
• people flagged by members are filtered out
• encrypted DMs can also be configured to be filtered by the relay extended network, which means they require the sender to authenticate before sending the gift-wrapped message
